Google Apps

Google Apps is a service from Google for using custom domain names with several Google products. It features several Web applications with similar functionality to traditional office suites, including: Gmail, Google Calendar, Talk, and Docs. The products that are particularly useful for teachers are docs and presentations.

Google Docs is an online word processing application that allows you to store, share, collaborate and publish your documents to the Web.

Google Presentations

Google Presentations is an online slide show application that allows you to store, share, collaborate and publish your slide shows to the Web. You can also present your slide shows online and allow your viewers to join in a chat as they follow your slide show.
